This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for bookings made through TravelGH. By completing a booking on TravelGH, you agree to the terms outlined below. Our goal is to be fair, transparent, and reliable for travellers while ensuring smooth operations with our transport partners.
TravelGH may close online bookings 2–3 hours before the actual departure time at the station to allow operators prepare for boarding and departure. Refund eligibility is based on the online booking closure time, not the physical station closing time.
If you cancel your booking before online booking closes, the following refund rules apply: • 24 – 71 hours before departure → 90% refund • 12 – 24 hours before departure → 80% refund • 3 – 12 hours before departure → 50% refund • Less than online closure time → No refund Refund percentages apply to the ticket amount only. Approved refunds are processed according to this policy.
You are eligible for a full refund (excluding non-refundable fees) if: • The trip is cancelled by the transport operator • The trip does not depart as scheduled due to operator fault • TravelGH is unable to deliver the booked service In such cases, refunds are processed as quickly as possible.
For full refunds, a non-refundable processing fee of approximately 2% may be deducted to cover payment provider charges. This fee is charged by third-party payment providers and is not retained by TravelGH.
Refunds approved between 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM are typically processed instantly or within 10 minutes. Refund requests made after 10:00 PM (midnight hours) will be reviewed and processed the next day during business hours.
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations: • Failure to show up for the trip (no-show) • Cancellation after online booking has closed • Issues unrelated to the transport service or TravelGH • Incorrect passenger details provided by the traveller
To request a refund: 1. Log in to your TravelGH account 2. Go to My Bookings 3. Select the booking and choose Cancel 4. Follow the instructions provided For assistance, you may contact us via support@travelgh.com.
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may submit a dispute or appeal within 24 hours, including weekends. Disputes submitted after 24 hours may not be reviewed. TravelGH will assess all appeals fairly, and final decisions are binding.
TravelGH operates as a booking and coordination platform. While transport operators deliver the trips, TravelGH manages customer support, refunds, and dispute resolution to ensure a smooth experience for travellers.
