Booking a trip constitutes a contract between the traveler and the transport service provider. 3. Prices displayed on the Platform may include taxes and fees; however, TravelGH does not guarantee pricing accuracy. 4. TravelGH reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in cases of errors, fraud, or unforeseen circumstances.
1. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways integrated into TravelGH. 2. You agree to pay all applicable fees for bookings, including taxes. 3. TravelGH may suspend or terminate bookings if payment fails. 4. Refunds, if applicable, will follow the Refund Policy.
You agree not to: - Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes. - Harass, abuse, or harm other users or service providers. - Upload or share content that is offensive, obscene, or infringes intellectual property rights. - Attempt to bypass or interfere with the Platform’s security. TravelGH reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this section.
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on TravelGH are the property of TravelGH or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
Your use of TravelGH is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
TravelGH provides the Platform “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. TravelGH is not responsible for acts, omissions, or negligence of transport service providers. In no event shall TravelGH be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TravelGH, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of: - Your violation of these Terms. - Your use of the Platform. - Your interactions with other users or service providers.
TravelGH may terminate or suspend your account or access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms or for other reasons at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
TravelGH is not liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or internet outages.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. TravelGH does not endorse or guarantee the content or services of such websites. Your interactions with third parties are at your own risk.
By providing feedback, suggestions, or ideas to TravelGH, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and implement them without obligation to you.
