How are seats assigned?

What payment methods does RoveGH accept?

What is the cancellation policy on RoveGH?
Cancel more than 5 hours before departure for a 90% refund (a 10% cancellation fee applies). No refund within 5 hours of departure.

Approved refunds are processed within 1 to 24 hours, every day including weekends.
Can I get a refund for no-shows or late arrivals?
No-shows aren't eligible for a refund — see the cancellation cutoff above. If you're running late, contact support immediately; we may be able to help with rebooking.

How do I update my profile on RoveGH?
Go to "Profile" in your account settings. Update name, phone, or email anytime. Changes reflect on all future bookings.
